Operations Manager Based in Northbrook Illinois, IMS (N.A.) Services LLC is a Growing company specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and sewn products for healthcare applications. Due to business growth, there is an immediate need for an experienced Operations / Accounting Manager to join our business. You will direct day-to-day operations and logistical activities, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement successful management strategies. Responsibilities: • This is a hands-on position, where you will roll up your sleeves and work at all levels of our US office, including purchase and sales order processing involving both our US suppliers and our overseas factory. • Overseeing the financial budget, balance sheet, cash flow analysis and future projections. • Collaborating with our overseas facility to ensure timely deliveries to our global customers • Working with our shipping company regarding logistical processes (Import and Export). • Costing and quoting of the various products • Improving business processes/efficiencies You will need: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field o 2+ years operations experience o 2+ years bookkeeping and financial reporting experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) • Familiarity accounting software such as Peachtree software, a plus • Experience in negotiation and building relationships with suppliers • Motivation to drive continuous improvement processes • Dedication to detail, from budget management to locating inefficiencies If you think you have what it takes, please send a resume and cover letter to .
